At Modsy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Here’s how it works:
- Eligible Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

- Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
